Description	Summary or persistent details about a single pregnancy.
Use	Use to record a collection of summary or persistent details about a single pregnancy. For example, this COMPOSITION may contain: a single EVALUATION.pregnancy_summary that can evolve in detail and be updated throughout the pregnancy; and a single instance of the EVALUATION.estimated_date_delivery that can also be updated throughout the pregnancy as more accurate information is available. This COMPOSITION has been designed for use as a persistent episode, however event-based information for Antenatal visits, labour and delivery should be recorded using clinically appropriate EVENT-based COMPOSITIONs.
Misuse	Not to be used to record a summary of all significant pregnancy outcomes or clinical metrics - use the EVALUATION.obstetric_summary for this purpose.
Purpose	To record a collection of summary or persistent details about a single pregnancy.
