DescriptionAn assessment tool designed to identify elderly cancer patients who would benefit from comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA).

MisuseNot to be used to record statements of, or findings on the individual's health status outside of the G-8 screening tool. Use other appropriate archetypes for this purpose.
