DescriptionPsychological self-rating scale to assess the level of depression in adolescents.
UseUse to record the results of the Kutcher Adolescent Depression Questionnaire. The original version of the KADS had 16 component questions. The most broadly used versions have either 6 or 11 questions. This archetype currently contains only the questions for the 11-item questionnaire. The 6-item version is a subset of the 11-item questionnaire.
