DescriptionTo illustrate the relationship between radiation therapy, systemic therapy and/or other therapy and surgical therapy (OP).
UseThis archetype should be used to document the relationship of radiation therapy, systemic therapy and/or other therapy to surgical therapy (OP). The aim is to determine whether the therapy was carried out in an adjuvant or neoadjuvant manner. Or whether there is a sole therapy or a therapy without any reference to surgical therapy (OP). This archetype can be embedded in the "Procedure Details" slot in conjunction with the parent "Procedure" archetype (openEHR-EHR-ACTION.procedure).
MisuseNot to be used to record documentation within an operation.
PurposeIndication of the relationship between radiation therapy, systemic therapy and/or other therapy to surgical therapy (OP).
