DescriptionTool used to assess the prognosis of chronic liver disease, mainly cirrhosis.
UseUse to record an assessment of prognosis for chronic liver disease.
MisuseNot to be used to record the results of various liver function tests or the INR test- use the Laboratory test result family of archetypes for this purpose. Not to be used to record the diagnosis of hepatic encephalopathy - use EVALUATION.problem_diagnosis for this purpose. Not to be used to record the finding of ascites - use the Physical examination family of archetypes for this purpose.
PurposeTo record an assessment of prognosis for chronic liver disease.
