Radiomics measurement reportRadiomics measurement report: Document to communicate information to others, commonly in response to a request from another party.
Other Context
Report IDReport ID: Identification information about the report.
StatusStatus: The status of the entire report. Note: This is not the status of any of the report components.
Related imaging reportRelated imaging report: A generic cluster heading for contextual renaming within a template.
Imaging reportImaging report: Reference to information held elsewhere, in the same EHR or external to the EHR.
Report IDReport ID: Description about the citation.
Related segmentation reportRelated segmentation report: A generic cluster heading for contextual renaming within a template.
Segmentation reportSegmentation report: Reference to information held elsewhere, in the same EHR or external to the EHR.
Report IDReport ID: Description about the citation.
Case identificationCase identification: To record case identification details for public health purposes.
Case identifierCase identifier: The identifier of this case.
Imaging examination resultImaging examination result: Record the findings and interpretation of an imaging examination performed.
Data
Any eventAny event: Default, unspecified point in time or interval event which may be explicitly defined in a template or at run-time.
Data
Test nameTest name: The name of the imaging examination or procedure performed.
Coding with a terminology is strongly recommended, preferably a term specifying both modality and anatomical location, where possible. Possible candidate terminologies are LOINC, SNOMED CT or RadLex.
ModalityModality: Type of equipment that originally acquired the image or series of images.
Also known as 'Examination type'. For example: Ultrasound; Computed tomography; or X-ray. Coding with a terminology is desirable, where possible. If the modality is specified by a code in the 'Test name', then this field may be redundant.
DateTime result issuedDateTime result issued: The date and/or time that the result was issued for the recorded 'Examination result status'.
Radiomics measurementRadiomics measurement: A radiomics measurement consists of the radiomics measurement itself and a radiomics feature that represents the result of the radiomics measurement. The radiomics measurement contains the information on which radiological image and segmentation it was created. It also contains information about the date and time when the measurement was performed and which parameters were used. A radiomics measure can be classified with a feature type (e.g. morphologic features).
Measurement UIDMeasurement UID: Measurement identifier.
Pipeline UIDPipeline UID: Reference to a radiomics pipeline and thus document the pre-processing steps (e.g. resampling, normalization, etc.).
Generation date and timeGeneration date and time: Generation date and time of the measurement.
ParameterParameter: Specification of the parametrization of the execution used to calculate the current measurement. For example, all argument to (re) execute the same analysis of the referenced method for this particular measurement.
Radiomics measurement methodRadiomics measurement method: A radiomics measurement method is used to extract a radiomics feature from a location on a radiological image.
UIDUID: Measurement method identifier.
NameName: Measurement method name.
OrganizationOrganization: Measurement method organization.
VersionVersion: Measurement method version.
FeatureFeature: Feature value(s) extracted by a measurement.
Feature UIDFeature UID: Feature identifier.
Feature valueFeature value: Feature value extracted by the measurement.
Radiomics feature typeRadiomics feature type: A radiomics feature type specifies a feature entity in terms of name, unit and version of the feature specification.
